ELDER ACHIEVERS can help with this!  They can assist you in the self administration of your meds, by providing proper documentation, and organization to prevent double doses, missed doses, wrong time, wrong med, etc.

It’s important to note that ELDER ACHIEVERS associates do not dispense medication. They can support you by adding management and documentation, but they only provide assistance for the Self Administering of Medications. Therefore, you need to know what it is that you are taking. If you’re unable to do this, then a nurse needs to be involved.
