Deciding to stop driving is a difficult decision that needs to be addressed on a case by case basis.  But if you have made the decision to stop driving, we can still get you were you need to go, whether it’s to a medical appointment, or just out for shopping.

There are several means we may use:

• ELDER ACHIEVERS Associates can drive your vehicle
• Taxi Service
• Services provided by the MBTA such as THE RIDE
• Local Senior Shuttles
• We contract with the best car services, including Chair Car Services

We require all our associates to be licensed to drive. Where we know that transportation may be a need, we require your assigned caregiver to have their own transportation, and to show proof that their vehicle is legally registered and insured. As part of the vetting process, their previous driving record is checked.
